Guilherme Adamatti Bridi's master's thesis (PESC), "A Statistical Approach to Analyzing the Quantum Alternating Operator Ansatz with Grover Mixer", supervised by Prof. Franklin de Lima Marquezino, was classified among the finalists for the Theses and Dissertations Competition (CTD) of the Brazilian Computing Society (SBC). Previously, Guilherme's dissertation had already received an Honorable Mention in the Clóvis Caesar Gonzaga Award from the Brazilian Society of Applied and Computational Mathematics (SBMAC). At the time, we had news published here.
