The 13th edition of the International Seminar on Optimization and Related Areas (ISORA: http://isora2017.imca.edu.pe/ [1]) will take place on October 9-13, 2017, at the Instituto de Matemática y Ciencias Afines (IMCA) in Lima, Peru.
